So for the longest time, I’ve had my website and I haven’t done much with it in like a few years. I’ve mostly been focusing on this blog. I really haven’t touched it for the longest time. It was extremely manual process. I would manually have to upload it to Cloudflare pages which is what hosts my website. Which was enough friction for me not to work on it. So I changed up the workflow to know I similar to this blog. Where I have a GitHub repository that, when I push updates to it, Cloudflare builds the pages in a static site generator called Hugo and that’s how you’re seeing this post right now. The only difference is my other website is just pure HTML. So it just directly takes these HTML files from the GitHub and serves them. ...

Hello people who read this! In recent months, I haven’t felt the motivation to create or do any projects or anything like that. I really want to find that inspiration again. But it feels like creating things takes all of your soul. Especially making music. It is such a painful process, but the end product is pretty cool. As you can see, I’ve changed a few things on the website. Like the color of the titles. I have just forked the theme that my blog was originally using called Paper Mod. Fonts I don’t usually install fonts often but the other day I was trying to install them on my laptop which was running Linux Mint and Linux Mint by default does not have any way to install fonts. You have to install them manually by dragging them into the font’s folder which is like a pain the butt, and I was trying to do it using the terminal and I broke everything by moving my entire home folder into my font’s directory which is kind of a skill issue on my part, but I still don’t understand why there isn’t just a program that installs fonts like most other operating system 😠. ...
